General Questions

VeloFreq is a digital music distribution platform that helps independent artists, labels, and collaborators get their music on 220+ streaming platforms worldwide including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and more.

We offer a free Starter plan with 1 release per year, a Pro plan at $19/year with unlimited releases, and a Label plan at $49/year for multi-artist management. All plans include distribution to all major platforms.

Absolutely! You retain 100% ownership of your music. We don't take any rights or royalties. You can release and remove your music anytime without any contracts or exclusivity.

Distribution

Most platforms go live within 24-72 hours after approval. Some platforms like Spotify and Apple Music may take up to 5 business days. We recommend scheduling your release at least 2 weeks in advance for optimal promotion.

We distribute to over 220 platforms worldwide including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, Pandora, iHeartRadio, Shazam, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Tencent, NetEase, Boomplay, and Anghami.

Yes! Pro and Label plans include scheduled releases. You can set a future release date and we'll handle the delivery timing to ensure your music goes live on all platforms simultaneously.

Royalties & Payments

Your royalties are collected from all platforms and deposited into your VeloFreq wallet. You can withdraw your earnings anytime via bank transfer, mobile money, or PayPal once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.

You can invite collaborators to your tracks and set custom percentage splits. When royalties come in, they're automatically distributed according to your split settings. Each collaborator gets their own dashboard to track earnings.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $25. Once your wallet balance reaches this threshold, you can request a withdrawal anytime. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

Account & Support

We accept high-quality WAV files (16-bit/44.1kHz or higher) and FLAC files. For artwork, we require JPG or PNG files with minimum dimensions of 3000x3000 pixels.
